If you wish to exchange an item/s purchased from Mihi’s Place please contact us within 7 days from purchasing the item to request a Purchase Return Number (PRN). You can contact us on mihisplace@gmail.com. Please note: exchanges will not be accepted without a PRN.

There are no exchanges on sale goods unless the goods are faulty, or an incorrect item is shipped. Return shipping to Mihi’s Place is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or an incorrect item is shipped. Mihi’s Place is not responsible for the safety of the item/s in transit. It is your responsibility to send in an appropriate and safe manner.

All items must be received in an unworn, unwashed and unaltered state with all tags and packaging in an as new condition. Once the item/s has been checked, a replacement product will be sent to you at the cost of Mihi’s Place We will email you confirmation once your replacement item has been dispatched.

Exchanges can only be made through mihisplace@gmail.com.

Returns

If you wish to return an item purchased from Mihi’s Place please contact us within 7 days of purchasing the item to request a Purchase Return Number (PRN). You can contact us at famineofbeautynz@gmail.com. Please note: returns will not be accepted without a PRN.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or the wrong size.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

- Gift cards

- Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All items must be received in an unused, with all tags and packaging in an as new condition. Once item/s has been checked the purchasing amount will be refunded to the credit card used at point of purchase. We will advise you once the returned goods have been received and when the refund has been processed.

Refunds processed to an international credit card will be done so using the exchange rate on the day the refund is processed. Returns can only be made through mihisplace@gmail.com.

We will replace or refund the item within 5 working days of return receipt. Mihi’s Place will return the item and cover shipping costs to replace or return an item if an item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect size was shipped.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund within 5 working days of a refund being confirmed, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
